About the SAT
What is the Digital SAT Math section?
The Digital SAT Math section has 44 questions split into two 22-question modules. The second module adapts in difficulty based on your performance in the first. You have 70 minutes total.
What topics does the SAT Math section cover?
The Digital SAT Math section covers four content domains: Algebra (~35%), Advanced Math (~35%), Problem-Solving and Data Analysis (~15%), and Geometry & Trigonometry (~15%).
Is there a calculator on the Digital SAT Math?
Yes. The Digital SAT includes a built-in Desmos graphing calculator available for all 44 math questions.
What is a good SAT Math score?
The average SAT Math score is approximately 520. A score of 700+ places you in roughly the 90th percentile. A perfect score is 800.
