How SAT Math is scored

Module 1 (22 questions) + Module 2 (22 questions, adaptive difficulty).
- No wrong-answer penalty
Your raw score = number of correct answers. Skipped or wrong = 0.
- Adaptive scaling
The same raw score can map to different scaled scores depending on whether you were routed to the harder or easier Module 2.
- Scale: 200–800
Every student receives a scaled score in this range, plus a section percentile.
